Jaxon’s Gift
Jaxon’s Gift has been set up to support and raise awareness, within our local community and across Scotland, for families with children and young people who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis, particularly those diagnosed with a Diffuse Midline Glioma (DIPG).
Jaxon was a fit, happy-go-lucky six-year-old when he was diagnosed on the 14th of April 2024 with a Diffuse Midline Glioma (DIPG) – a type of terminal brain tumour found on his brain stem. After a brave battle, Jaxon sadly passed away only eight months later on 14th December 2024.
Jaxon’s Gift was established by Jaxon’s parents, family and friends to raise funds in Jaxon’s name. Our aim is to help other children and families in a similar situation and to give back to our local community – who came together to support our family at such a difficult time.
